Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ROOLEE items, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive ROOLEE store credit for your return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your digital gift card or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
